How can I find your prices online?

All of our pricing can be accessed easily online by following a few simple steps:

1) Click the garment style you’re interested in
2) Find the price of your item based on quantity and the total number of ink colors/stitches.

Can I mix and match sizes for the same price?

No problem. You can mix and match sizes from Youth Small through Adult XL as you wish, and each item will be priced the same. CLICK HERE for "Plus Size" Pricelist.

Does the color of the shirt impact the price?

Yes. The simple rule to keep in mind is that white shirts and so-called neutral colors like “natural” are always less expensive than colored shirts. The typical difference between a neutral colored shirt and a colored shirt is around $1.00 per piece.

Do the prices on your price charts really include EVERYTHING?

Though it comes as quite a pleasant shock to many of our customers, the prices that we post online DO typically include everything. Unlike most of our competitors, we build all of our costs into one easy and affordable price. There are no additional screen charges, no set-up charges, and unless you’re in Florida, there is no applicable sales tax. The only additional fees that are sometimes incured, are art charges that sometimes may be applied if “major graphics surgery” is deemed necessary to properly reproduce the required image. Shipping charges are billed to reflect actual freight costs.

How do your prices compare with the competition?

In virtually every case, Buxton Brown is considerably less expensive than our competitors. Because so many of our customers find us via the internet, we have made it our policy to be particularly aggressive when it comes to pricing and that usually translates into the best deal for the educated consumer.

Do you have a price guarantee, and if so, what is it?

Yes, we do have a price guarantee and it’s pretty simple. We’re confident that our published price will be the lowest you’ll find anywhere, but if you do find a better price from a legitimate competitor, please fax it to us, and we’ll promise to beat it!

Turn-Around Time

What is a realistic turn-around time?

Screenprinting orders are shipped out within 5 business days and embroidery orders are shipped out within 10 business days of customer art approval and payment. In many cases, the window is even shorter. The biggest factors in determining turnaround time are the complexity of the design, the quantity of the order, and the availability of the garment.

I have a rush job, can you guys do it?

In most cases, yes. However, if you have a need for something really quick, the best thing to do is contact us right away and discuss the details of the job with us directly. We cannot promise magic, but we can promise straight and honest answers, and a willingness to get the job done when others say no.

How long will it take to receive my order once it has been produced?

Due to our several locations, we are able to reach more than 90% of the continental United States via ground shipping, within just 2 days. Ours is the fastest transit time in the industry.
